Our Career Mentorship Program is an online intensive program to help students prepare for MBA and Campus Placements.

We focus on helping students build their Aptitude, Portfolio and Personality in order to succeed in the selection process of top B-schools (India/Abroad) and top companies that visit their campus. We use digital tools like Basecamp, Discourse and Zoom to mentor small groups of students in an intense and personalised process.

The program is led by coaches, who engage with students in individual and group work. During the program, each student publishes articles, projects on their website to build a modern portfolio. They are taught the latest leadership principles that help them shift to a professional mindset. Their aptitude is built through rigorous lessons that help them reach the top 1-2% of the applicants.

Each students gets personalised feedback from their peers and the coaches so that they can keep pushing themselves forward. The program is synchronous, with regular deadlines, group discussions, and face-to-face video calls. It is entirely based online, with students participating from their home or workplace.

The tuition for the program is INR 1.5 lakhs. Attending and past students include students at leading colleges like Lady Shri Ram College, IIIT-Delhi, Shri Ram College of Commerce among others. Our students are studying or graduated from top B-schools like IIM-Ahmedabad, IIM-Bangalore, IIM-Calcutta, XLRI-Jamshedpur and FMS-Delhi. Our students have also interned and worked in companies like McKinsey & Co., BCG, Bain & Co., JP Morgan & Co, among others.
