  • There are 4 levels of learning during the program.

    1. Concept lessons

The first phase of the program consists of 30 weeks of lessons divided into 5 modules. Each lesson will focus on a specific topic that is important for the CAT/GMAT Exam or for the MBA Interview process. The lessons create a strong foundation for each concept and build question-solving skills in students.

The lessons will allow students to revise the concepts that they are clear about and learn the ones they are weak at.

The outcome of the 30 weeks is that students have clarity over the concepts and are mentally prepared for the advanced modules.

    2. Zoom Classes

We divide students into cohorts and learning groups.

A cohort is a group of 15-25 students working together.

A learning group is a smaller group made up of 3-5 students who work together more intimately on the week’s lessons, all from the same cohort. These groups might change each week so students are able to connect with more of their classmates.

During learning group meetings, students will dive into a lesson, complete an assignment, and discuss their doubts.

The more students contribute and learn from these groups, the more they will get out of the MBA Mentorship Program.

The learning group meetings will take place in the evenings from 6-8 pm on Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri each week.

    3. Assignments

After each learning group meeting, students are required to submit their assignments in writing on the student portal. What they submit will differ based on the assignment itself.

Students will then read each other's solutions and give feedback to their classmates. Reading someone’s point of view, understanding their thought process and contributing insights are essential skills necessary to master the core lessons built into the program.

Gaining multiple perspectives on a question helps students see more, which enables them to move forward more effectively in their own learning. Writing five comments on five prompts means they’ve learned five new ways to approach the core teaching of the lesson.

The written submission of the MBA Mentorship Program is important because it encourages students to slow down, articulate, be thoughtful, and reflect.

    4. Coaching

Each student will be assigned a specific coach.

The role of the coach is to keep you accountable and ensure that you keep pace with the program.

In case, you feel stuck or are finding a particular assignment difficult, the coach will help you in resolving your doubts and moving forward.

Students will have a chance to meet individually with their coaches regularly through office hours.

  • There are 30 weeks of lessons total. Each lesson will focus on a specific topic or skill that is critical to succeeding in the MBA admission process.
